Rules and procedures for July 31 vote
Who can vote?
In Washington, Warren and Kent, you can vote if (1) you are registered to vote in that town OR (2) you pay property or automobile tax in that town.
This means that you can be registered to vote elsewhere and still vote.
Properties owned or taxes paid by LLCs or held in trust cannot vote.
Washington
Time and place: 12pm-8pm at Washington Town Hall.
Absentee ballots: Pick up only in person at the Town Clerks Office. Confirm hours that the clerk’s office is open to the public.

Warren
Time and place: 12pm-8pm at Warren Town Hall.
Absentee ballots: Pick up in person only during office hours on these dates and times: July 21 to 24 and July 28 to 31. Monday and Thursday 9am to 1pm. Tuesday and Wednesday 9am to 4pm.

Kent
Time and place: 12:00pm to 8:00pm at Kent Town Hall, 41 Kent Green Boulevard, Kent.
Absentee ballots: Use the online CT Online Absentee Ballot Request State This portal will be checked daily by the Town Clerk's office. Download the application Absentee Ballot Application PDF. Once the absentee ballot application is completed, return it to the Town Clerk's office by using the white Official Ballot Drop Box located in the side driveway of Town Hall, in person or by mail, PO Box 843, Kent, CT.
After ballots become available, starting [ ], your ballot will be mailed to you. and you can return the ballot using the same options as the application. Ballots can also be issued in person through the Town Clerk's office.
